Tonight I made some philly cheesesteaks on my Blackstone griddle. These are simple to make and everyone should try it at least once if they have a griddle to cook em on!
– Thin sliced rib-eye steak
– Amoroso rolls
– Sliced provolone cheese
– Yellow onion (optional)
– Cook your steak/onions and make sandwich piles
– Lay cheese on top of your piles
– Tent the rolls over the piles to help melt the cheese
– Scoop on to a platter and enjoy!
